JsonAnalytix LLC is a United States company that provides white-label, first-party event tracking, analytics dashboards, and automated reporting for performance marketing agencies and advertisers. You can contact us at [email protected].

2.1 Information you provide to us
- Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, company name, and password (stored in hashed form).
- Billing information. If you purchase a paid plan, our payment processor collects payment card details. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Communications. When you contact us by email or through the Site, we keep a record of that correspondence.
2.2 Information collected automatically on this Site
- Usage data. Pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, device type, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and first-party analytics identifiers to understand how the Site is used. See Section 6 (Cookies).
2.3 Information processed on behalf of our customers
The Service processes event data (such as page views, clicks, form submissions, and purchase events) collected on our customers’ websites and applications. For that data, our customer is the data controller and JsonAnalytix acts as a data processor / service provider. We process such data solely on the customer’s instructions and per our agreements with them. - Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and Service;
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide customer support;
- Process transactions and send related information such as confirmations and invoices;
